Home of the Free, Because of the Brave

Here are a list of supplies from Home Depot you could use for your pillows and star bunting!
BEHR Premium Plus Interior/Exterior Black Paint Sample sample $2.94
Sigman 5ft. 9in. x 8ft. 9in. Drop Cloth $14.38
Rust-Oleum Red Spray Paint $3.87
Rust-Oleum Blue Spray Paint $3.87
Martha Stewart Living Pillows (2-Pack) $19.00
Everbilt Jute Twine $2.33

Optional Rust-Oleum NeverWet $19.97 (This is sooo coool! I want to try this! it makes virtually any surface water/ liquid resistant!)

For your pillows you are going to want to measure your pillow size. Add 1 inch for a 1/2 inch seam allowance around your front piece. For example 18x18, you will cut a 19x19 piece of fabric. For your back pieces you are going to keep the width (19in) but cut the height about 5 inches MORE than half of the height of your pillow (14in). This will create an overlap in the back for the pocket for the pillow. I did a photo tutorial but also a graphic one for you to refer to. You can always ask questions in the comments below.

Right side out your case and you're done!

Here are the basic instructions for making Pillowcase.

But wait there's more. Did you see the bunting I made? You could make yours out of a drop cloth!

I use hot glue for all my bunting  including the one I did for Abigail's Birthday

I hope You enjoy your 4th of july and don't forget to get your Free 4th of july printable
